Types of Shipping Available

We provide two modes of shipping to our customers:

Normal Delivery: By Surface Transport which takes up to 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges For All Orders Below Rs.5000 will be Rs. 350 | Shipping Charges For Orders Above Rs.5000 and Below Rs.20000 will be Rs. 500 | Shipping Charges For Orders Above Rs.20000 will be Rs. 750

* Handling Charges Applicable on Big idols and Fragile products.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the fragile items are packed safely with high quality bubble sheets and air cushions to secure the package. Our products are wrapped and sealed with a tamper and weather proof packaging to ensure that you receive your order in safe and secure condition. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately contact our Customer Service at 9999809618  (Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at Support@urbanclassy.com

Delivery Time & Tracking Information

Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for Normal delivery from the day you receive the order confirmation. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Payment Policy

Urban classy.in offers multiple ways to make payments for your order. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards and Net Banking transactions. All your Debit/Credit information remains confidential. Our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing industry to make sure your personal information is safe.

We also offer Cash Before Delivery as a special service to our valued guests. CBD or Cash before Delivery is an alternate method of payment that we extend to our valued guests, other than any online payments. In the CBD payment method or CBD service, you will have to deposit the cash in our Bank account. We will dispatch the order, once the payment is reflected in our Bank account. Return Policy

Simplicity, transparency and security are the hallmarks of your online shopping experience at Urban classy.in. We go the distance to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. Please do peruse our Return Policy for your understanding.

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

• A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
• If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
• If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please read through the return process, along with the guidelines that need to be followed.

Return Process

1.Please raise a Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery by calling our Customer Service at 9999809618 (Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at mailto:Support@urbanclassy.com. You can also submit your Return Request by signing into ‘My Account’ and filling the ‘Submit a Support Request’ form, to initiate the return process.

2. You will be asked to mail a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to Support@urbanclassy.com. (you can mail the picture in the first step, for a faster process). Our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.

4. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, the refund process will get initiated within 7 days of receiving it. Read further for important details.

Points to Remember

– Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.

– Product should be unused and in the original condition.

– Product can be returned for a store credit or a refund, processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.

– Urban classy.in reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product before issuing a refund. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

– Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in our stores.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds will be made in form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.

Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed within 24-48 hours.

All other refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. All online refunds are processed within 7 working days. Any NEFT transactions takes about 5 days to get fully processed, however, for Credits Cards the refund amount will show in your next billing.

Refunds for CBD payments will be issued either through store credits or an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (as given in ‘billing name’ at time of purchase). The customer will receive the cheque within 15 days of receiving the product, this includes the transit time.

 

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation requests will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hrs of placing the order and a full refund will be issued for it. However if the request is made at a time when the product it is already in transit, a nominal In-transit cancellation fee will be charged of 10% of the order value. This is due to the nature of our products which are high-quality fragile items, once in transit, we expect our guests to share a part of the shipping charges already borne by us.

The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at 9999809618 (Monday – Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM) or email us at Support@urbanclassy.com. We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us except for CBD ( that will be refunded either by store credits or cheque).

All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and Urban classy.in shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
